Personal Training and Nutrition Services 

I have been working with women during the many different stages of life, preconception and fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum for 20 years. I am an AFPA certified Personal Trainer with a specialized certification in Prenatal & Postnatal Wellness. I have specialized certifications in core and pelvic floor health. I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Holistic Health Coach. My passion is to be able to work with women and families throughout any stage, fertility, preconception, pregnancy and postpartum for a truly well rounded wellness program. I also specialize in: women's hormones, PCOS, endometriosis, peri-menopause, and menopause  All packages can be customized to fit your exact needs and desires.

Personal Training 

Prenatal training consists of visits that are between 45-60 minutes in length, they can be used prenatally, postpartum or a mixture of both and I will create appropriate workouts for wherever you are at in your pregnancy or postpartum period. My focus is on maintaining functionality and preventing issues with your core and pelvic floor and rehabbing your body so you can get back to working out at the level you were prior to pregnancy without common issues that can happen in the postpartum period. 

Postpartum training  includes training sessions that last 30-45 minutes. I typically do my first session about 7-10 days postpartum to start you with some very gentle and safe rehab type exercises for your core and pelvic floor, this helps you start to feel the connection between everything again is some gentle movement and can help with healing after birth. The next session is about 3-4 weeks postpartum where I will add in additional exercises that are building on what you started doing approximately 1 week postpartum again building connection, creating gentle movement patterns and promoting healing. The next session will be around 6 weeks postpartum where we will be able to create more of a workout, but still focusing on the movement patterns we have been practicing. The last session is around 8 weeks postpartum to continue with building up the exercises safely. After that we can meet weekly or twice weekly depending on your desires. 

Personal Training and Nutrition

Postpartum Training and Nutrition package will include the postpartum training along with postpartum nutrition counseling and meal preparation. The meal preparation would include preparation and delivery of 2 full size meals within the first 2 weeks postpartum, along with 2 nutritious snacks for mom to be able to eat one handed or easily that contain all the nutrients needed for healing and milk production. A review of meals and meal plans or snack plans for mom to help with making sure nutritious foods are being consumed and it takes the guessing game out of what to eat and when to eat. 

Postpartum Meal Prep 

The Postpartum Meal Preparation would include preparation and delivery of 2 full size meals within the first 2 weeks postpartum, along with 2 nutritious snacks for mom to be able to eat one handed or easily that contain all the nutrients needed for healing and milk production. A review of meals and meal plans or snack plans for mom to help with making sure nutritious foods are being consumed and it takes the guessing game out of what to eat and when to eat.

We met to discuss my birthing plan and she provided pointers that I had not thought about based on previous conversations we had, she knew exactly what I wanted when I didn't. She was never pushy or judgmental, she only cared about what we wanted as a family for our perfect delivery.

When it came close to going into labor, Brittany was on call and took many texts and phone calls. During our delivery, she stayed with us and ensured she supported my needs and voiced concerns to the nurses. She was a valuable member to my birthing team and I could not have had the experience I wanted without her. She made my husband and I comfortable the entire time and she felt like she was part of our new family.

​After delivery, I continued post-natal workouts, once cleared, and she continued to be on call whenever a baby question arose. I highly recommend Brittany as your Doula, she will take care of you and your family.
